The future is not fixed. All readings reflect energetic impressions and intuitive guidance at the time of the session and are subject to the influence of free will, choice, and changing circumstances. No specific outcomes, timelines, or results are guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase sessions or access live readings on this platform. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are of legal age and that payment is made using a card or account in your own name. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual we reasonably believe to be under 18.

By using this service, you acknowledge that all readings are provided strictly for entertainment purposes and that no claim of literal fortune telling, prediction, or divination is made.

We reserve the right to decline or end any session at our discretion if a client pursues prohibited topics after being advised.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all clients. We operate a zero tolerance policy toward harassment, threats, abusive language, or any conduct that is demeaning, intimidating, or harmful directed at any member of our team.
Clients are asked not to request personal contact information, social media details, or off-platform communication from any reader. All sessions take place exclusively through this platform.
We reserve the right to terminate any session immediately and without refund in the event of misconduct, harassment, or abuse. Clients who engage in such behaviour may be permanently barred from the platform.
Sessions will not be continued if a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or substances to a degree that impairs their ability to engage meaningfully.
Minors must not be permitted to use this service. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a minor is using the platform, the session will be ended immediately.
All sessions are prepaid through our secure payment processor. Session time is tracked in real time and credits are deducted accordingly. You may top up your session credits at any time during a live session without losing your place.

Credits are non-transferable and may not be shared between accounts. All purchases are processed in USD. By completing a purchase you authorise the charge to your payment method.
Credits expire 12 months from the date of your most recent purchase. Any credits remaining after this period will be forfeited. If you top up your session credits, the expiry date resets to 12 months from the new purchase date.
We want every session to feel valuable and worthwhile. If you are dissatisfied with your reading experience, you may request a refund within 3 days of your session by contacting us at support@psychicbelle.com with your name, the date of your session, and a brief description of your concern.
Refunds are issued as session credits only and are not provided as cash payments. Refund requests are reviewed individually and granted at our sole discretion. We are unable to process refund requests submitted more than 3 days after a session is completed.
Technical issues that prevent a session from being delivered in full will be addressed promptly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience a technical disruption during a session.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account suspension.
The Sanctuary is our private member portal, accessible via a registered account. Membership is free and provides access to session history, promo codes, and exclusive member benefits. The Sanctuary promo code BELLE10 provides a 10% discount on all session packages and is valid for registered members only.
One promotional code may be applied per purchase. Codes are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers.
Offline readings are written responses to a single submitted question, delivered to your email address within 24 hours of purchase. An offline reading requires submission of your first name, date of birth, the first name and approximate date of birth of your person of interest, and your question. These details are used solely to complete your reading and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Psychic Belle and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any guidance provided during a session. Our total liability to you in connection with any session shall not exceed the amount paid for that session.
By using this service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psychic Belle, its operators, and any associated advisors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.
We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Sessions are provided on an as-is basis.
Testimonials and client experiences shared on this platform reflect individual outcomes and do not represent typical results. Experiences vary between clients.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use. By using this platform you consent to the data practices described therein, including the use of anonymised session data for AI model development as disclosed.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@psychicbelle.com. EU and California residents have additional rights as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. As an internationally operated platform, we do not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any single national court. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation in the first instance, followed by binding arbitration if resolution cannot be reached.
